Gautam Mahajan

Gautam Mahajan, President of Inter-Link Services Pvt. Ltd. and Customer Value Foundation, is an internationally acclaimed expert in value creation, strategy and globalisation. A graduate of IIT Madras, with an MBA from Suffolk University and a PhD from the Illinois Institute of Technology, he holds fellowships from Harvard Business School and the Illinois Institute of Technology, where he was honoured with the Distinguished Alumni Award in 2001. Founding Editor of Journal of Creating Value, he has worked with leading companies such as Tata, Birla and Godrej. He has authored several books on customer value and has 18 USA patents to his name, including innovations such as the PET bottle.
