G. Bruce Knecht

G. BRUCE KNECHT, a former staff reporter and foreign correspondent for The Wall Street Journal, isthe author of three other books, including The Proving Ground: The Inside Story of the 1998 Sydney to Hobart Race. A sailor himself, Knecht raced across the Atlantic in 2005 on a yacht that broke the 100-year-old transatlantic race record.
