Douglas K. Smith is co-CEO of Strategic Doing Networks and the architect of Challenge-Centric, Performance-Driven Change¿. A former partner and co-founder of McKinsey & Company's worldwide organization performance practice, he has worked with hundreds of organizations across more than sixty industries in the private, government, and nonprofit sectors.
