Doug Powell

Doug Powell is the author of over a dozen books on apologetics, including the bestselling Ultimate Guide to Defend Your Faith (B&H, 2006, previously titled Holman QuickSource Guide to Christian Apologetics) and the iWitness series. He is a contributor to the Apologetics Study Bible (B&H, 2007), the Apologetics Study Bible for Students (B&H, 2009), The Worldview Study Bible (B&H 2017) and the I AM Bible (B&H, 2016). He has co-authored apologetics books for children for the Museum of the Bible and Tyndale. He holds a MA in Christian Apologetics from Biola University and a postgraduate certificate in Shroud of Turin Studies from the Atenea Pontificia Regina Apostolorum. a recording artist, Powell has released nine albums and appeared as a performer and songwriter on two albums by Alan Parsons. He speaks nationally and has appeared on Late Nite with Conan O'Brien, CNN, Cross Examined, Stand to Reason. Most recently, he has published four novels in the Graham Eliot series of biblical archaeological thrillers.
