David H. Rosenbloom

David H. Rosenbloom is Distinguished Professor of Public Administration at American University in Washington, D.C., and winner of the 199 Dwight Waldo Award for outstanding contributions to the literature and leadership of public administration through an extended career. He has written, coauthored, or edited 20 books, including Personnel Management in Government, which is in its sixth edition.
