David Cottrell

David Cottrell is president and CEO of CornerStone Leadership. He has worked with many of today's greatest organizations, mentoring leaders to peak performance.Before founding CornerStone, David held leadership positions with Xerox and FedEx and led the successful turnaround of a Chapter 11 company. He has shared his personal development and leadership lessons in person with more than 400,000 people worldwide. David has authored more than twenty-five books, including the perennial bestselling Monday Morning Leadership, Quit Drifting, Lift the Fog, and Get Lucky, and his autobiography, Grace Upon Grace. His books are available in more than a dozen languages and have sold over two million copies worldwide. David is an avid golfer. He and his wife, Madeline, reside in Boerne, Texas, and Covington, Louisiana.
