Dafna Blaschkauer

DAFNA BLASCHKAUER is a global executive with a degree in Business Administration from FEA-USP and over twenty-five years of experience in leadership roles, having worked at Nike, Apple, and Microsoft. She was Apple's first sales director and interim country manager, responsible for launching the iPad and iPhone in the Brazilian retail market. She also led Nike Women in Brazil as General Manager in the journey into 2016 Olympics. She has lived in the United States, where she worked at Nike World Headquarters as Sales Director for Asia, Pacific, and Latin America, as well as Global Digital Product Director. She is a lifelong learner passionate about acquiring and multiplying knowledge, loves specialty coffee and spending her free time in bookstores. She is a reference speaker in leadership, diversity, sales, and high performance and works as a mentor and advisor. Dafna is a three-time São Paulo state champion and Brazilian tennis champion, and her experience in sports has provided valuable lessons for her professional and personal lives.
