BARBARA CZARNIAWSKA-JOERGES is Associate Professor of Business Administration at the Economic Research Institute, Stockholm School of Economics. She is the author of two books in English, Controlling Top Management in Large Organizations (1985) and Ideological Control in Nonideologcal Organizations (Praeger, 1988).
