I started to see things that may not be there, and want things no kid should want.

Then, I began to need them.

With ancient blood running through her veins, Keira doesn’t fit in at school, in town, or in her picture-perfect family. Too cruel and wicked for the human world, too mortal for anywhere else, she’s destined to feel inadequate. At least in her new small town, she’s safe.

Until she spots a tantalizing stranger at the edge of the woods.

Keira has spent eighteen years avoiding the eyes of the folk. One mistake, and she’s thrust into a ruthless, unforgiving fae territory, where she’s nothing but prey.

Run, run, run away.

All her instincts demand she return to the security of the mortal world.

But it may just be too late.

While it may be read on its own as a novella, The Willow Trail is a prequel to the contemporary fantasy romance standalone novel, Pick Your Poison.
