ASISH K. BHATTACHARYYA

Prof. Asish K. Bhattacharyya is Distinguished Professor at Shiv Nadar University. He worked as Professor at IIM Calcutta, SPJIMR Mumbai and the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) Manesar. He retired as the Director or IMT Ghaziabad. Earlier, he served as the Director of IMI Kolkata and the Technical Director of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India. He was the founder and head of the Centre of Corporate Governance at IIM Calcutta and the School of Corporate Governance and Policy at IICA Manesar. He has been director in public and private sector companies for around twenty years. Prof. Bhattacharya earned a D.Phil degree from Allahabad University. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a Fellow of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (London).
