Return to Rehnor

It has been more than three hundred years since the death of the last Rehnorian Emperor. Rehnor and the planets of the former empire have all collapsed into ruin. To top it off, in this last century, Planet Rehnor suffered a collossal and debiliting nuclear war, which decimated the mountain ranges, turned farmland into desert, and reduced all the cities into decrepit piles of rubble.  

With hotspots galore and radioactive isotopes in their water and air, the poor people of Mishnah are suffering mightily. The people of Karupatani have been wiped off the map completely, save a tiny population that has managed to survive underground.  

Is there anyone or anything that could save Rehnor and her people from the evil oligarchical council and the over-ruling AI? If only there was someone, maybe some all powerful celestial being, who could drop by and clean up the planet, get rid of the evil rulers and turn their lives around?
