About this ebook series

**FORBIDDEN HISTORY ARCHIVE**

The *Forbidden History Archive* investigates the ancient disasters, megalithic sites, lost civilizations and unexplained technologies that sit outside the limits of conventional history. Each volume takes one disputed subject and subjects it to close scrutiny through archaeology, geology, ancient texts, engineering, oral tradition, early excavation reports and surviving physical evidence.

The series begins with **Noah’s Flood**, a study of the ancient flood traditions preserved across Mesopotamia, the Bible and the wider ancient world. Behind the familiar story lies a body of geological evidence, drowned settlements, abrupt climatic events and older cuneiform accounts that may preserve memories of real catastrophes. The book traces the flood story back beyond Genesis, following its movement through Sumerian, Akkadian and Babylonian texts while asking what kind of event could have produced such lasting cultural memory.

The second volume, **Megalithic Göbekli Tepe**, turns to the stone enclosures of southeastern Turkey, where massive carved pillars were erected thousands of years before Stonehenge and the pyramids. The site has altered the accepted order of early civilization, placing organised construction, animal symbolism and large ceremonial gatherings among communities once described as simple hunter-gatherers. This volume investigates the builders, the carved animals, the buried enclosures and the wider network of early megalithic sites now emerging across the region.

The third volume, **Nan Madol: Megaliths of Lemuria**, crosses the Pacific to the ruined stone city built upon artificial islands off Pohnpei. Its immense basalt walls, flooded canals and remote ocean setting have long inspired traditions of vanished kingdoms and drowned lands. The book separates the archaeology of Nan Madol from later legend while tracing the origins of the Lemurian idea, the oral histories of the Saudeleur rulers and the unresolved problem of how such quantities of stone were quarried, transported and assembled across a lagoon.

The fourth volume, **Vimanas: The Lost Technology of the Gods**, investigates the flying machines described in Indian epic and religious literature. Rather than treating every passage as proof of ancient aircraft, the book follows the textual history of the vimana from early Sanskrit sources through later technical claims, modern reinterpretations and disputed manuscripts. It asks whether these descriptions belong entirely to sacred literature, preserve misunderstood technological memory or reflect changing ideas about divine transport, warfare and the heavens.

Together, these books form an archive of the evidence that remains contested: flood deposits, buried temples, impossible stonework, drowned cities, forgotten reports and ancient descriptions of machines that should not exist. The aim is not to replace one rigid history with another, but to reopen subjects too often dismissed before the evidence has been fully considered.
