About this ebook series

The definitive forensic dismantling of the racial fiction—seven volumes of evidence, argument, and a constitutional blueprint for abolition.

For over four centuries, the concept of biological race has been treated as an immutable truth. It is not. It was invented, codified into law, weaponized by both political parties, and maintained by administrative inertia. The result is a permanent underclass, a polarized electorate, and a nation exhausted by a lie.

The Fatigue of Racism is not another book about racial justice. It is a prosecutorial indictment—a cold, evidence‑based case against the fiction of race itself. Written by Terry Darell Caldwell, a forensic prosecutor of ideas, this seven‑volume series leaves no refuge for the defenders of racial classification.

"I am just a man by day... but by night I am the forensic prosecutor that charges the fiction with count after count of fraud, harm, and disillusionment. When I rest my case against race... the viewer and listener will have no logical refuge to harbor the 4‑century‑old lie."

— Terry Darell Caldwell

What's Inside the Series

Book 1: The Foundational Case

The scientific, historical, and legal proof that race is a fiction. From Linnaeus to the modern census, Caldwell traces the forged chains of racial classification—and builds the case for its total abolition.

Book 2: The Administrative Construction of the American Citizen

How OMB Directive 15 and the Paperwork Reduction Act turned a bureaucratic convenience into a system that classifies every American by race. Includes the constitutional argument that the entire system may violate the Fifth Amendment's Due Process and Equal Protection clauses.

Book 3: The Class Alternative

The policy blueprint. Replacing race with income, geography, and documented harm. Universal programs—child allowances, healthcare, pre‑K, tuition‑free college, place‑based investment—that target poverty, not phenotype.

Book 4: The Other Box

Why medicine must abandon race. The NIH mandate that produces junk correlations. Clinical algorithms that harm patients. A path forward through ancestry, genetics, and direct measurement of discrimination.

Book 5: Beyond the Pale

How space exploration demonstrates post‑racial feasibility. The Artemis II mission, the 58‑nation Artemis Accords, and the Antarctic Treaty System—all operating without racial classification. A blueprint for Earth.

Book 6: The Identity Trap Reversed

How both the left and right weaponize race. The left uses grievance and classification; the right uses backlash and colorblindness as cover. The symbiosis is real—and abolition serves all sides.

Book 7: Negative Infinity

Personal testimony. The author's own reckoning: a Black man born in 1991, raised by his great‑grandmother, homeless, incarcerated, defended pro bono by a white attorney—who came to reject the very category that was supposed to define him.

What Readers Are Saying

"This is not a book. It is a kill box. Caldwell does not argue with the fiction—he dismantles it, piece by piece, footnote by footnote."

"The empirical weave is unlike anything I have ever read. Seven distinct threads—scientific, historical, administrative, medical, aspirational, political, personal—woven into a rope that cannot be snapped."

"Caldwell's prose is cold, prosecutorial, and devastating. He does not ask for your sympathy. He asks for your recognition."

Why This Series Matters Now

The 2030 census is approaching. The race boxes are still there. The clinical algorithms still harm patients. The political redlining still polarizes the electorate. The OMB still classifies every American by a category it admits has no biological basis.

The Fatigue of Racism is not a prediction. It is a constitutional execution order—and it is already in motion.

The evidence is submitted. The case is closed. The fiction ends here.

About the Author

Terry Darell Caldwell was born on February 13, 1991, in Dallas, Texas. He was raised by his great‑grandmother, Bessie Mae Price, who taught him the distinction between prejudice and racism. He was homeless, incarcerated as a juvenile, and defended pro bono by a white attorney who dropped all charges against a guilty Black teenager—an experience that cracked the lens of race and set him on a lifelong mission to dismantle the fiction.

Caldwell is also the author of The Zodiax Protocol, a 7‑book fiction series that dramatizes the abolition of racial classification through the story of 48 celestial siblings.
