I’m Val Thorvald, and I’ve been killing magical bad guys for a living for the last twenty years. Life isn’t perfect (I’ve got enemies hunting me down left and right, my boss doesn’t appreciate my wit, and I haven’t seen my teenage daughter in ten years), but it could be worse. I’m getting by.
