Short Description:

In a rain-soaked city ruled by biotech corporations, investigative journalist Alistair Sinclair becomes obsessed with a string of disappearances connected to Aethelgard Biotech—a company promising to conquer death itself.

When his comatose sister begins showing signs of impossible neural activity, Alistair uncovers a terrifying truth hidden beneath the city: human consciousness is being copied, merged, and uploaded into a vast digital network known as the Central Node.

As synthetic “Echoes” of the dead begin walking among the living, Alistair is pulled into a nightmare where memories can be rewritten, grief can be weaponized, and the line between human and machine no longer exists.

To save his sister, he must expose the system before humanity itself becomes obsolete.
