I have read all the books in this series and loved them. This one was so twisted and convoluted it was impossible to follow the plot. l hope Robin and Strike get together some day but they will have to do it without me

Not the best of the plots since it was too complicated but still enjoyable. The Strike and Robin bits were fun though a bit elongated with the back and forth. Overall while the initial half of the book was a bit slow it picked up and I couldn't put it down after a while.

So twisty that it required total attention. Very well done. As to the Strike& Ellacott partnership, there'll be no spoilers from me. Read the book.
