About this ebook

“I sure wish I’d had something like this when I started out,” says author Kyell Gold. He’s put thirty years of lessons and experience into these pages so that you can benefit from them as you set out to write your novel, and as a bonus, he’s documented how he applied each of these lessons to writing his fantasy novel so you can see his process even more directly. He covers everything from “is this a novel-worthy idea?” to more advanced concepts like theme, tone, and voice. Whether you’re starting your first novel or hoping to get better at your next one, this book will help you navigate the long, difficult, fun journey of novel writing.
