While some books of this length feel more like a tomb than a tome, Drummond has produced a mammoth masterpiece on the "Prince of Preachers" that is both readable and enjoyable. If you have an urgin' for some Spurgeon, this book is worth every penny! You won't be able to read it overnight, but, then again, who would want to? A few weeks/months with Spurgeon will be time well spent. Highly recommend!
