This thing doesn't read like Gerald at all, it's more of a repackaged version of Calvin's other book. You're better off buy Richard Bandler's books, at least he's entertaining.

Love the book and instructions on how to use insightful therapy. I found the instructions easy to follow as they were jargon free and straight forward. Of course it is wise to have instruction from a trained therapist to get the best from the resource. I recommend this book to all with an interest in changing lives at he root of the problem.
