Good coverage of the subject matter - both the 'life inside the nudge unit' part and the topic of nudging/behavioural insights more generally. Despite the title, the material leans somewhat more towards the latter. Not having read "Nudge", I was glad of that balance of content, but I wonder if there might be a fair bit of repetition for someone reading both. Lost a star for poor (read: no) effort from the publishers. The last fifth or so of the book was increasingly repetitive, at times even using the same phrases to describe the same concept. More painfully, the e-book is littered with spelling and grammar errors. I'm no proofreader but I started annotating them and counted 14 altogether, including "classic aleconomists" and mixing up "editions" of a book with "additions" - YOU WORK IN PUBLISHING FFS! Overall it feels somewhat generous to give 4/5, but 3/5 would be too harsh.

This book is very insightful and I would thoroughly recommend it for anyone who is interested in how behavioural psychology can be used to improve efficiency in process in practical settings. Excellent.
