About the author

Craig Severance built a home in an HOA managed community in 2002 and was sued by his fraudulent HOA in 2015 for a claim of a parking violation. After 5 years of litigation and winning the lawsuit in 2016, the case is no in front of the Indiana Supreme court. The twists and turns of this lawsuit has been a tremendous emotional roller coaster for the Severance family and has decided to try to help others short circuit this problem by helping them properly research their own community or one they want to live in. We hope it helps many find a way to fight back.
