About this ebook

A horrific discovery at a hotel sends PI Frank Quinn and the NYPD after a madman in this thriller by the New York Times–bestselling Shamus Award winner.

When half a dozen bodies are found in a hotel room, tied up and with a set of initials carved into their foreheads, the NYPD recognizes the signature of a serial killer. Ex-cop and PI Frank Quinn has faced this perpetrator in the past—and paid a price for it. But he intends to stop the murderer once and for all . . .

From a winner of a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Private Eye Writers of America and a finalist for the Anthony and Edgar awards, this gritty, fast-paced novel continues the series starring the former top homicide detective who was framed for corruption and forced to retire—but isn't finished taking down the city's most terrifying and elusive criminals.
