About this ebook

You’re tired. You’ve done everything right—and everyone else keeps getting chosen but you.

If you feel overlooked and don’t know where to begin, Valuable & Visible gives you a clear, simple way to change that.

Vanessa Errecarte, award-winning UC Davis MBA instructor and creator of one of the nation’s first MBA-level personal branding courses, teaches a different approach: A service-first personal brand, where your ideas make you memorable, your clarity builds credibility, and your ideas get you noticed and chosen before you ever have to chase them.

This is where most advice gets it wrong: The real problem isn’t a lack of talent or ability, it’s that you aren’t memorable yet.

In today’s AI-driven, digital world, where everything sounds polished and the same, distinction is what drives memorability. No algorithm hacking. No performance. No self-promotion required.

Everyone says personal branding is about you. Everyone is wrong.

The best brands don’t talk about themselves.
They help people think more clearly.
They simplify problems.
They share what they know.

Valuable & Visible helps you do the same.

Inside, you’ll learn how to:

  • Turn your expertise into ideas people remember and repeat.
  • Share your thinking in a way that builds trust and credibility.
  • Create visibility by helping others, not performing for them.
  • Become known for a clear point of view that opens real doors.
  • Create a pull effect to gain opportunities, clients, business and organizational growth, and more.

This is a redefined personal branding method—one built on contribution, clarity, and original insight. Because when people trust you, they remember you, and when they remember you, they choose you.
