A life-changing read; a well researched and technical, yet simply explained and accessible invitation for understanding and growth which incorporates personal narrative with step-by-step examples of nervous system regulation strategies. I highly recommend, along with his first book, "Autism in Polyvagal Terms". It changed my perspective on myself as a recently diagnosed autist and on the world and my place in it. I am a happier and more regulated person because of it. Thank you, Sean!
