Having read the previous six books I was deeply disappointed in this latest novel. I like to be thrilled and entertained when reading a mystery thriller. I will not give away the plot and consequences for the main characters. However it was too graphic and disturbing as an entertaining read. If I want to look into mass shootings and the devastating effects for all involved then I would read a true crime investigative piece or watch a documentary.

This is a truly horrible, disturbing, violent book. I really enjoyed the earlier books in the series. This book is so bad, though, it should never have been released. It is so awful I actually felt concerned about the author.

Just finished reading this. It took me much longer than the others in the series. I wld be lying if I said I enjoyed it. Absolutely not for me. Thought it was written by Danny Hanson!! I felt it was completely ott and the author was looking for an ending of the series.
