About this ebook

Build mental toughness every day with 365 quick reps to reset, focus, and compete like a champion.

Whether you’re an athlete, student, or professional, you know the impact repetition, consistency, and discipline have on performance. Now, train your mindset the same way you train your skills through a year-long daily mental training system.

Written by Dr. Jim Afremow, author of The Champion’s Mind, with coauthor Phil White, The Daily Champion’s Mind delivers 365 concise, practical mental training entries designed to sharpen focus, build resilience, and perform under pressure—one day at a time.

Each day follows a simple, repeatable structure—Morning Edge, Flip the Switch, and Champion’s Wrap—designed to prepare you with intention, reset you under pressure, and help you finish the day stronger than you started. Along the way, you’ll learn from the mindset and habits of champions including Tom Brady, Simone Biles, Michael Phelps, Serena Williams, and Mikaela Shiffrin.

Go for the gold as you:
  • Set the tone each morning with focus, intention, and identity
  • Reset quickly during the day using proven breathing, focus, and mental reset tools
  • Build composure, confidence, and awareness through short daily reflection
  • Strengthen leadership, accountability, and team-first habits
  • Sync mind and body through posture, presence, and purposeful action

A motivating playbook for peak performance psychology, The Daily Champion’s Mind will help you respond smoothly under pressure, recover quickly from mistakes, and consistently bring your best—so you can finish strong in any arena.
