Burned King: A Dark Mafia Revenge Romance

Five years ago, Elena Ricci vanished after Matteo Severin was murdered, leaving Dante Severin crowned in blood and hollowed out by betrayal. Now she returns the way contraband does—sealed in a weapons crate—silent, bruised, and carrying secrets that could collapse two crime dynasties.

Dante doesn’t want answers. He wants justice. He chains Elena in his fortress-villa on the Sicilian coast, determined to make her pay for every scar she left behind. But Elena isn’t begging. She’s bait.

Because the Riccis aren’t the only ones hunting her. A hidden power is moving in the dark—an older syndicate with a padrino no one should fear anymore—and they want what Elena stole from the Severin vault: names, ledgers, leverage… a list that can ignite a war.

When Dante stages an underground auction to draw his enemies out, Elena is marked again—and the man who claims her bid isn’t buying a woman. He’s buying a weapon.

Vengeance turns into a ruthless alliance. Desire turns into a dangerous weakness. And if Dante and Elena can’t trust each other, the past won’t be the only thing that ends in fire.

Burned King is a dark, high-stakes mafia revenge romance with morally gray leads, enemies-to-lovers tension, forced proximity, and an underworld conspiracy.
