love this book it actually makes sense and has some Greek mythology names and Greek gods and goddess in the book and some Christians holy bible names as well. this book will be good for people that are beingers that wants to learn mermaids and sirens folklore and legends. it also explains shapeshifting female seal to human and to seal that movie it also explains. and this will be a amazing book for colleges that allows or do folklore studies / classes. cause it says that mermaids are more common then mermans in ine of the chapter s and that mermans are more rare to see thwn a mermaids and its very detailed that it also explains more of the past also when sailors thought they saw a mermaid
