About this ebook

America stands at a crossroads. For decades, the nation expanded programs, multiplied agencies, and outsourced its strength until it became dependent on debt, imports, and division. The American Stability Blueprint offers a clear, common-sense path forward, one that restores balance, fairness, and financial stability while preserving freedom and dignity for every citizen.

Drawing from over thirty years inside federal service, Sherridean Abddeen reveals how the government can fund itself through a monthly flat tax on business and trade, freeing individuals from income taxes and letting families finally breathe again. This new model turns economic activity into a self-sustaining loop: people earn, spend, and invest; businesses thrive; and the government receives steady, predictable revenue — without punishing productivity.

Abddeen’s plan goes beyond taxation. It calls for merging overlapping departments, recoding federal jobs, and using AI-driven oversight to end fraud and waste. She shows how to downsize bureaucracy without destroying livelihoods, turning former employees into contractors, innovators, and small-business owners who contribute to growth instead of resentment.

The Blueprint also restores balanced trade, revives domestic manufacturing, and reignites tourism as a national revenue pillar. It expands into future industries like space travel and high-speed infrastructure, creating opportunity for generations to come. Finally, Abddeen introduces a forward-thinking concept for national protection: a Civilian Stability Corps, designed to preserve peace, protect infrastructure, and prevent internal conflict before it starts.

Through plain talk and practical solutions, The American Stability Blueprint reimagines government as it was meant to be, a business that serves its people, not a babysitter that controls them. It is a handbook for rebuilding a strong, fair, and prosperous America that honors its workers, protects its citizens, and never again drifts toward instability.
