RAC: A Scientific Thriller

by Joshy Alvarez

Beneath the streets of a modern city, something is evolving.

When brilliant university student Salomon Reyes uncovers secret research tied to the mysterious Dr. Adrian Bottles, he is pulled into a nightmare hidden beneath Whales University—a world of illegal experiments, genetic mutations, and a living organism capable of rewriting humanity itself.

As violent attacks spread across the city, Salomon discovers his longtime rival Fred Donovan has been infected by an unstable serum that transforms him into something terrifyingly inhuman. Meanwhile, investigative journalist Johnny BT and reporter Lisa Carter uncover a government conspiracy connected to Project Ascension, a classified experiment designed to force human evolution beyond its natural limits.

But the most shocking discovery of all is RAC.

Once a little girl named Rachael Carter, RAC became the only successful hybrid subject after years of horrific experimentation. Now trapped between monster and human, she may be the only thing standing between humanity and Omega—a massive self-evolving biological intelligence awakening beneath the city.

As civilization collapses into panic, Salomon and his allies must decide how far they are willing to go to stop an unstoppable evolution before the entire human race is absorbed into something far worse.

Dark, cinematic, and emotionally charged, RAC: A Scientific Thriller blends psychological horror, conspiracy suspense, science fiction, and tragic human drama into a gripping story about ambition, survival, and the terrifying cost of playing god.
