I was dumbfounded at finding anything close to being so completely filling,so damn rich in it's self. I reread the series. When I finally tried Esslemont I breathed a sigh of relief. If you enjoyed Erikson's work you need to read all of Esslemont's. Together they're created a living breathing universe. He's really come into his own since his first 2-3 books, although night of knives was a great first book for him.
