A true sad, angering tale of injustice in the workplace! It is a very good 1st novel attempt by this author. It is a good read, although a bit disheartening & frustrating because no real justice was handed out or provided for the victim. I have met the author and she recommended her series of books. I like to help people who are starting their creative journey and I am glad I read this. Although I have never witnessed anything like this (or I was not aware of it if it happened), it does make one pause and reflect more on their surroundings to ensure this is not happening to anyone a person might be able to help or intervene on their behalf.
