About this ebook

“What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God’s.”

— 1 Corinthians 6:19–20 (KJV)

Your body is a temple. This workbook helps you treat it like one.

The TEMPLE Participant Workbook is your companion for the TEMPLE men’s health and wholeness program. Designed for men in the local church, it invites you to take an honest look at your physical health, emotional well-being, and spiritual life, and to take practical steps forward with the support of other men walking the same road.

Inside, you’ll find:

Reflection exercises that connect Scripture with everyday health

Space to set and track personal wellness goals

Discussion prompts for group sessions

Tools for building accountability and brotherhood

Written with large, easy-to-read print and plenty of room to write, this workbook is designed to be used, marked up, and returned to again and again.

Use alongside TEMPLE: The Complete Leader’s Edition (Volume 1 of The TEMPLE Series).
