About this ebook

One lie, one storm, and a night that rewrites all the rules.

Grayson has built his life on order—rows of perfect vines, strict schedules, and a reputation as the grouchy Storm brother. At twenty-nine he’s already a curmudgeon in work boots, a “get off my lawn” kind of man whose scowl does most of the talking. And nothing ruffles him more than Lark—one of his family’s wild, impulsive tasting-room assistants.

So when “Lark” joins him for a weekend wine festival, he braces for chaos. What he doesn’t expect is her sudden sweetness…or the way she blushes, or listens, or curls trustingly into him when a drunk festival-goer won’t take no for an answer. He saves her, shaken by the fierce urge to protect the woman he shouldn’t want.

But it isn’t Lark at all.

It’s Wren—her shy, bookish twin sister. The town’s quiet librarian who’s never broken a rule in her life…until now. Caught in her sister’s lie, sharing one hotel room—one bed—and far too much heat with a man she absolutely cannot want, Wren tries desperately to keep her distance. If Grayson learns the truth, Lark could lose her job. And Wren could lose something even more fragile: the only man who’s ever really looked at her.

Back home, Grayson is determined to forget the confusing attraction he felt for Lark—that is, until a chance encounter in the library reveals the unmistakable pull he can’t explain. Because something about the quiet twin feels achingly familiar…

Love it!!! This the fifth story in the "Perfect Storm" series. The series follows the Storm family and “love at first touch”. The story can be read as a stand alone but does have connected characters, twins and a vineyard. This is a sweet, emotional and passionate small town romance with a touch of magic. The story is about Wren and Grayson. Lark works in the tasting room and drives Grayson nuts. They are supposed to go to a weekend wine festival for the winery. He is not looking forward t

I love being back in this series and the 5th book did not disappoint! Wren and Grayson’s story was entertaining, heartfelt and swoon worthy from start to finish. Watching their characters discover each other in such a way was a delight and when emotions started heating up it was explosive. This was a definite must read and I can’t wait for more!

Honestly, a story where we know it is all going to come apart from the start gives me such anxiety! In this case, that was a large part of the book. But that didn’t stop me from relishing in our couple getting closer. That didn’t stop me from oohing and aaahing over the little moments they had together. That didn’t stop me from hoping it wouldn’t devastate me when it all fell to pieces (it did!). Though, once everything was in the open, once our characters realized they could have a chance
