this explains the Constitutional rights of the people of the United States against any violations against the people by Military or law enforcement officials including time of war and peace as well as being judged for crimes without proper legal defense and witnesses in their defense. As well as corrupt law enforcement filing false reports or illegal recording of said person for any purpose except by federal agents in accordance with the u.s Constitution. And just cause and the permission of the supreme court of the United States the rights of the people state there shall not be any recording in their home without the consent of the people or the person of whom they are recording.
