About this ebook
TEACHING MAGIC
Nyine Hunter's best friend has referred her for a job. The problem? It's teaching at a magic school for the wealthy and well-connected. Not Nyine's typical line of work or preferred circle of people. And she's not sure why anyone would think it's a good idea.
The other instructors see her as an uneducated upstart. Nyine knows magic but she doesn't understand formal education systems. Her students have their own problems.
There is more to teaching magic than classes. Just when Nyine starts to feel like she belongs, that maybe she has a future at the school, she learns just how easily she could lose it all. Someone is trying to sabotage the annoyingly attractive Administrator, and if he goes, so does Nyine's job.
TRIAL BY MAGIC
Armed with the support of her friends and new lesson plans, Nyine Hunter returns to the School at Swever Hall. However, the new school year isn't going so well.
The school's reputation is in tatters after the events of the previous year, someone from her past has shown up, and the school is hosting an annual tournament she knows nothing about. If the tournament goes wrong, there might not be a school for anyone to return to at the end of the year.
By competing in the tournament, Nyine and her half-trained students can help save the school. If her students don’t compete, Nyine may lose the position she fought so hard for. But her students don’t know what they’re doing and if they push too hard, they may get hurt.
