About this ebook

Taren Murdoch is a guardian and protector by nature. He's also a husband, an investigator for the Idaho State police, and most importantly, his husband's Dom. Being the Dom Ian deserves is Taren's top priority. He's planned a trip, some special time away where the two of them can live out some of their fantasies in a fun and safe environment.

Ian Groden is the CEO of his family business, but at home he relinquishes control to Taren. He loves that Taren is his Dom, and more so when they combine pain with pleasure in their sexual play. Taking their trip requires time away from work. Despite Ian's efforts, he wasn't able to take as much time as Taren asked. Now it's time to face his punishment.

They'll be spending four glorious nights at an adult resort. Before that can happen, a few details need to be ironed out. The first is to ensure neither has any hard feelings about their late start. Does Taren have the skills as Ian's Dom to deliver discipline and well as pleasure?

Elizabeth Noble’s Pain and Pleasure series is the ongoing story of Ian and Taren, a married couple devoted to their Dom/sub relationship. More than just entertaining erotica, this series is turning out to be an intimate look into how each of these men process the nuances of their power exchange. I definitely recommend this one, so start with the first episode, Home Coming, and find out what you’re missing. In The Art of Domination, the day of the couple’s highly anticipated vacation is finally here! Unfortunately, Ian hasn’t budgeted his time well and needs to spend one last day in the office. Failing to follow directions earns Ian some discipline. Of course, this isn’t really much of a hardship for either of these gents. *wink* First thing in the morning Taren starts off by preparing Ian’s mind and body for the adventure to come. More than simply an expression of their love, the extra attention helps get both men into a good headspace, and builds the anticipation for what promises to be a very special time together. Over the years, these two men have devised some creative and very intimate ways to explore BDSM. One aspect Ms. Noble focuses on in The Art of Domination is the give and take between the couple, and how fulfilling each other’s expectations is the cornerstone of their marriage. At the conclusion of this episode, the car is packed and all the preparations are completed. With vague descriptions of what’s to come, Taren has whet Ian’s appetite and hyped up both of their anticipations. I know I’m looking forward to whatever’s in store for this couple as much as they are in the next installment of Pain and Pleasure.

About the author

Elizabeth Noble started telling stories before she actually knew how to write, and her family was very happy when she learned to put words on a page. Those words turned into fan fiction that turned into a genuine love of M/M romance fiction. Being able to share her works with others is really a dream come true. She has a genuine love for a good mystery complete with murder and twisty plots as well as all things sci-fi, futuristic, and supernatural and a bit of an unnatural interest in a super-volcano in Wyoming. Elizabeth has three grown children and is now happily owned by an adorable mixed breed canine princess, a spunky Welsh Corgi, and their tabby cat sidekick. She lives in her native northeast Ohio, the perfect place for gardening, winter, and summer sports (go Tribe and Cavs!). When she isn't writing, she's working as a veterinary nurse, so don't be surprised to see her men with a pet or three who are a very big part of their lives. Elizabeth received several amateur writing awards. Since being published, several of her novels have received honorable mentions in the Rainbow Awards. Her novel Jewel Cave was a runner-up in the 2015 Rainbow awards in the Gay Mystery/Thriller category, and Ringed Love was a winner in the Gay Fantasy Romance category of the 2016 Rainbow Awards.
