Ms. Brown writes very well. All was excellent except it took a dive at the end with a fast, neat wrap up. The bad guys get taken down, the protagonists fall in love and live happily ever after; reducing what started out as a great read to a mediocre simplistic work.

This book tended to drag, too many twists & turns at the end to be believable. Not one of my Brown favorites.
