J. L. Brown (also writing as Julie L. Brown) writes gripping political thrillers featuring FBI Agent Jade Harrington and powerful historical fiction exploring perseverance, freedom, and legacy.
She is the award-winning author of the Jade Harrington series, which include the novels, The Paine Society, The Divide, Rule of Law, and Don't Speak, and the short story, "Few Are Chosen."
