Ellie was a really likable character. Having moved a few times when I was a teenager, I could relate to her on that front. It's tough starting at a brand new school not knowing anyone. Will was a great character too. He was realistic and totally believable. I wish though that some of the secondary characters had been fleshed out a bit more. I think just about everyone has a teacher like Mr Merton in high school, so I thought he was perfect as the teacher who plays the biggest role in the book. He's a character everyone knows in their life. I thought it was great how the author played off Authurian legend and wrote her book around it. It was a great modern take on it, and it kept you guessing from the very end. Plus, I thought it had a great ending.

OMG! I loved this book!... I think it is fantastically written, the charecters are GREAT and the story line is really cool. Again another really good book by Meg... I also recomend reading "How To Be Popular" "All American Girl" and "Ready or Not" (which is the sequel to All american girl) but they're all by Meg and they are all as fantastic as "Avalon High"
