About this ebook

He came to the mountains to be left alone. She might be the one woman stubborn enough to make him live again.

After tragedy shatters the future he thought was certain, brilliant tech executive Jack Stone walks away from his old life and retreats to the rugged Colorado mountains. Solitude suits him just fine.

Until Chloe arrives in Cady Springs.

Curvy, determined, and carrying troubles of her own, Chloe needs the financial security that brought her to the mountain. Jack is standing squarely between her and the future she desperately needs—and from their first encounter, neither is willing to give an inch.

She thinks he's arrogant, impossible, and far too accustomed to getting his way.

He thinks she's trouble.

They're both right.

But beneath every argument is an attraction neither of them can ignore. The more Jack tries to keep Chloe at a distance, the more fiercely he wants to protect her. And Chloe is beginning to discover that behind the hard edges of the reclusive mountain man is a heart capable of loving with everything it has.

Jack came to Cady Springs convinced the best part of his life was behind him.

Chloe is about to prove him wrong.

Welcome to Cady Springs, Colorado, where rugged mountain men fall hard, curvy women are cherished exactly as they are, and when love takes hold, forever is the only option.

Sold To The Mountain Man is a steamy, fast-burn enemies-to-lovers romance with a possessive mountain man, a curvy heroine, plenty of heat, no cheating, no cliffhanger, and a guaranteed happily ever after.

The third story in the Mountain Men of Cady Springs. Jack Stone and Chloe's short story is well written with a very good storyline of how a piece of land brought them together. I enjoyed seeing them get their happy ending. I received a copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Jack retired to the mountains when his fiancee was killed in a car accident. He still dabbles in tech and is working on a drone that is small. Then one day a car drives in and a woman steps out. Chloe inherited her uncle's cabin and land, She needs to sell to get financial stability after her partner embezzled from the company. She goes to tell Jack about selling her land. He doesn't react to well and roars at her. The next day he takes the time to talk to her and offers her double. Unfortunate
