- Identify triggers and thought loops: Recognize what sparks worry, rumination, and self-doubt.

- Apply practical CBT and mindfulness tools: Stop overanalyzing and make clear, confident decisions.

- Challenge negativity with balance and logic: Replace harmful thought habits with realistic perspectives.

- Develop emotional resilience: Stay grounded and calm when life feels overwhelming.

Book interaction My personal insight for chapters 1 and 2. I am grateful for knowing the method on how to deal with a negative thought whether it is self imposed or false suggestions from others in the subconscious mind. On the topic about catastrophizing, black and white thinking, mind reading, overgeneralization and emotional reasoning. Does the CLEAR method applies in manipulation? group manipulation? sabotage? micro managing? favoritism? because the mind can be manipulated mentally, What if another individual made the overthinking in our thoughts? This is where metacognition takes place, the ability to think on our own thinking. To cross examine our thoughts because somebody might manipulate our thinking.
