Rise of the King Books 1 -3: YA Arthurian Fantasy Adventure

When sixteen-year-old Tom's grandfather vanishes without trace, the search leads somewhere no map can take him — a parallel world of ancient magic, shape-shifters, and fey creatures older than memory. There he discovers that everything he thought he knew about himself was wrong, and that Vivian, the Lady of the Lake, has been watching over him since birth.

She needs his help. King Arthur must be woken from a centuries-long sleep, and only Tom can do it.

Across three books, Tom's journey takes him from Arthur's icy tomb to the courts of fey princes, from the treacherous politics of Dragon's Hollow to ancient groves where forgotten gods still hold power. He will battle sea monsters, dragons, and sorcerers. He will uncover dark secrets, broken oaths, and a brotherhood destroyed by betrayal. And alongside King Arthur, Merlin, the Lady of the Lake, and a band of companions he would trust with his life, he will discover who he truly is.

Fast-paced, richly imagined, and rooted in the Arthurian legends that have captivated readers for centuries, Rise of the King is a fantasy adventure series for readers who love magic, myth, and the kind of story that stays with you long after the last page.

***This title was previously released as Tom’s Arthurian Legacy, containing Tom’s Inheritance, Twice Born, and Galatine’s Curse. Call of the King, (previously Tom’s Inheritance), has been fully rewritten with expanded scenes and a new ending. Consequently the beginning of The Silver Tower (# 2) has changed to reflect this. The Cursed Sword remains the same.
