The plot lacks resolution, and the narrative is choppy and poorly organized. It's a good idea for a story, but a generally disappointing read. For all the conspiracies and post-apocalyptic romps the book lacks any sense of excitement.

I really enjoyed this book - works well as a multi-world-building dystopian adventure, but is a little beguiling and convoluted as a spy thriller. Reminds me a little of Illuminatus.
