This is garbage this is the 3rd book that I have looked at the pages before hands before I purchased it and it says there's 250 some pages now like I said this is the 3rd time that I have seen the pages at a 100 and some now these books are not worth 10 bucks apiece for a measly 100 pgs. Absolutely ridiculous I could see this being a$4 or $5 book but not a $9 or $10 book. Darren Shan is really making bank off these Books it's a lie is what it is!! an absolute lie! The books are good but they are extremely short!! Definitely not worth the money.

This book (& the next one) have many editing errors throughout. I hadn't noticed so many errors in books 1-7. Too Short & Too Expensive for such short books that all end with: "To be continued"!!

Out of all the Cirque du freak book I've read so far this one of the best books I've read from the series it has alot of action and thrilling. Allies of the night is one of the book you wouldn't be able to put down.
