About this ebook
Ren Takahashi has lived his entire life in silence.
No family. No friends. No heartbeat.
Haunted by shadows only he can see, Ren discovers a terrifying truth after a brutal encounter with creatures known as the Yomi — demons that hide within the darkness of human souls.
But Ren is not human either.
Inside him sleeps an ancient power feared by both humans and monsters alike.
As secrets of his forgotten past begin to unravel, Ren is dragged into a deadly war between demon hunters and the immortal King of Shadows. Betrayed by the world that abandoned him, he walks a path stained with blood, revenge, and darkness.
To save humanity…
He may first have to destroy what remains of his own.
