We cry "Abba Father!" Our very soul is built to desire to be with God. Yet our fears, our pleasures, our hurts, our lack of faith and lack of real trust create walls preventing from us accepting the love of others and especially our Father who made us. These 40 short indulgences architect the joyful way of life - sitting in the Father's lap. To be accepted outside of circumstances empowers the grace that allows us to rise above our circumstances. This is a must read book from Dick's sound scriptural understanding, his walking with God through ups and downs and his love of life & people. Enjoy!

About the author
Dick grew up in Northeastern Wisconsin along the shores of Lake Michigan. At a young age he found solace in nature, especially the Rocky Mountains and the forests and lakes of northern Wisconsin. He graduated in 1983 from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine as a Physician Associate and has practiced over 30 years in emergency medicine and family practice. He recalls first meeting God in the mountains and calls Rocky Mountain National Park home, frequenting there often. He resides in Waco, Texas and is a member of Antioch Community Church and also spends time in Door County, Wisconsin along with his wife Gay.
