About this ebook

Tad Maxwell has spent years pretending the wolf inside him doesn’t exist.

Then the woman he never forgot walks back into his life.

Missy Leason was once the girl next door—the one who made his teenage heart race. Now she’s back, and the chemistry between them is stronger than ever.

But Missy is hiding a dangerous secret.

She’s an Omega wolf on the run from a ruthless Alpha who wants to control her power. And if he finds her, she won’t survive.

Tad has spent years avoiding pack life, refusing to embrace the wolf heritage that runs through his blood. But protecting Missy means stepping into a world he’s been trying to escape.

With danger closing in and the bond between them growing stronger every day, Tad must decide what matters most.

Because sometimes destiny demands a leap of faith. And this time, the stakes are life and death.

Wolf Flight by Vivian Arend Genres: Adult, Paranormal, Romance 3 Stars It starts off with a lot of promise. Around 30% or so it begins to drag a bit and the flow is off. I enjoyed it, but I was disappointed. There are a few typo/editing errors and missing words. They don't really interfere with the story. There is a smattering of humor that will have you grinning. The rules in this world are a bit convoluted. So are the various abilities of different characters. While it is a quick and nice read, the main characters, Missy and Tad, the world build and interactions of all needed more development.

If I'd known that the second epilogue was just the next part of another book I wouldn't have bothered as this book was short enough already. The actual book was over very quickly and I didn't even realise it was the end of the story. I was expecting this book to be as good as the last one but I feel cheated with the amount of content which included part of the next one. Because of this I won't be buying the next one's. It rather defeats the object, if you put the next part book in, in disguise as I usually skip any reference to the next book in case I don't read them in sequence. You have lost a reader. It doesn't matter how good the writing is if I feel cheated. If it is Google Play that does this, then the author should do something about it. Stars reflect my annoyance.

Tad and Missy definitely were in denial, but watching them getting it all figured out was a great ride! Their HEA was perfect for them and fit them exactly 😊
