About this ebook

A deeper psychological exploration of my own experience with manipulation, deceit, and the emotional scars left by someone I came to understand as a covert narcissist. This book expands on the subtle tactics I personally witnessed — the behaviours that thrive in the shadows, the contradictions that slowly surfaced, and the patterns of control that only become visible in hindsight.

In this second instalment of the series, I examine the hidden dynamics that shaped my relationship, naming the tactics as I experienced them and documenting the psychological impact they had on me. This book reflects my perspective and lived reality, not an objective claim about anyone else.

This is not an accusation; it is my account, my voice, and my journey toward clarity after years of confusion and emotional harm.

I didn't agree with this book as he believed there was alot of difference between the male and female covert Narcissist his experience did not differ from mine and most others that experience these deeply destructive behaviours. Narcissist are Narcissist and it their Tait's maybe inward or outward but they all have the same traits nomatter them being male or female . One thing for sure after a relationship with a covert Narcissist you will be damaged for a life time and you will never be the person you once was .

Very informative and interesting to learn how a female narcissist acts differently than male narcissist. My ex-narc was married to a female narcissist that manipulated him to a point that he decided if he couldn't beat her then he'd join her, his words. So he started doing the same things she did, and ended up becoming the person he hates. I knew him when he was a victim and we reconnected 13 years later, and I told him that he stayed with her for too long because he acted a lot like her. But it wasn't until we started seeing each other in September 2019 and then I moved in with him in December that our relationship became more than just friends with benefits that I got the full narcissistic abusal treatment. He left in mid-November 2020, and the last time we were together was January 1-2, 2021, and last communication via Facebook messenger was early April 2021. It took me another year to find out that I'd been in a narcissistic love addiction relationship and finally began to heal.
