Many Business Promoters aspire to an ideal, either for themselves or for their project. This is the source of Egopathy (“Soul Longing”) and the reason for seeking a Care approach through Ménagement, in order to achieve Balanced Management.
The Ka Method is a doctrinal Body that gave rise to the Concept of Strategic Organization, known as Management Integrated into Commerce (MIC) for businesses, and Modes of Organization for Simple Entrepreneurial Life (MOVES) for business promoters. Here, however, we examine aspects of the Care of Mere Managers, which we call the Maintaning Management (Ménagement du Management) also called Care for Management, a Science emanating from the Philosophy of Lean Intention and its Egolysis: the Courage to Let Go completely.
I share Observations drawn from my own lived experience and Solutions (Observances) that I have personally practiced or designed. I bear witness to myself as a Simple and Well-Guided One (Mere) and, in doing so, I mark out the path for the Mere of my World or era, and, humbly, for other Envoys instructed by the Divine.
The Objective pursued remains the Transformation of the capabilities of the Informal Economy and the resources of the Diaspora into economic alternatives (respectively, Poverty Reduction and African Renaissance).
Ménagement is conducive to Management and prevents Mangement. To put it emphatically: Ménagement [of the Mixed Archetype] after Going Astray is conducive to Management [of the Saint Archetype] without Engagement and prevents Mangement [of the Sorcerer Archetype] through Engagement.
One of the Challenges of Enterprise is the Failure to Sell, even though selling is the lifeblood of its growth. Hence, Management must be cared for, as it is the command center from which all Strategies originate.
Success is built with the Blessing of the Divine.
